Morah Levinson Hebrew Update

Dear 4th - 6th grade families,

It was really wonderful to see so many of you on Sunday for our community service program, CSZ In Action, and to watch our religious school students and families participate in the beautiful act of Tikkun Olam - תיקון עולם (repairing the world).

On Tuesday, the kids continued to work hard on honing their reading skills. So much progress has been made since last September, and it is an amazing thing to witness. Half the time we worked in groups, and the other half was spent playing games together -- the 4th graders played a Hebrew reading version of 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire', and the 5th and 6th graders played Hebrew baseball. Everyone had a fun day of learning!

I look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday. Wishing you all a Shabbat Shalom!

- Dona Levinson
